Dan, you have a point, except to say that IMO the price of the newly formed company would be fairly valuated rather quickly. Even if the price after merger was under $2, how soon do you think demand for a stock in this sector with PE of 6 in '97 and much much less for '98 would come in? Very rapidly IMO.

Jin.

Dan, The market is all about "value." Every analyst, every broker, and every investor in the country is constantly searching for companies that are "undervalued."

If you find a NASDAQ staffing company with 36› EPS, that's growing at a spectacular rate, and trading at P/E of ONLY 2... when the rest of the industry trades at an average P/E of 25-35... what are you going to do?

You and every analyst, broker, and investor that finds this little gem are going to BUY, BUY, BUY it until it reaches a fair market value.

That's how this whole thing works.

The people that don't realize this will simply not make money. It's that simple.

.36 x 25 = $9.00
Just watch!!!

And I think we will see that very quickly.
Just my opinion.

Best wishes,
Brad

Dan, I also do not think it makes a difference what the NASDAQ company is trading at. The value is in FAMH and the move to NASDAQ.

I think there will be plenty of demand for FAMH. It is a staffing company which is a VERY HOT industry. And FAMH will be showing an audited eps of .36 POST merger. And that does not even take into account the HUGE Myriad acquisition that is scheduled to close Thursday.

You do not know how many e-mails I have received from interested people. And some of them are brokers with a great deal of interest.

A little while back I received an e-mail from a Dutch broker (as in the Netherlands) that wanted me to let the company know they were watching and were very interested. Just yesterday I received an e-mail from an Israeli showing great interest in FAMH. I could go on and on.

FAMH is about to EXPLODE !!!

In my opinion, it will not take long to reach the $9.00 level after the merger.
