Thanks for the link, Randy. Overall, this ragingbull.com writeup
had a pretty negative tone to it. I don't see this helping at all.
As far as the insider sales go, it's been pretty well documented that Frank Peters had deferred large portions of his salary in the past, so he deserves to be rewarded at some point. The timing doesn't look the best, though.

IMO,

Mark

Randy ~ Thanks for pointing out the link for the Raging Bull article. I wonder if our PR firm was responsible for Franklin to be included. ~ Jack

Randy - yep - pretty good summary of the concerns..
But - I think they have all been factored in at this point..
I expect FTEL to range from 3.5-4.0-4.5 for awhile...until
more substantial new comes out...(the release was essentially just re-hashing of
old news) & the warrents are fully redeemed..

Can someone clarify that the insider sales actually happened?
I've been all over this insider trading link:
insidertrader.com
and I see where form 144s (intent to sell) were filed,
but when you look up for actual sales for the last few months
I don't see Franklin listed under consummated sales.
I know that Frank regularly files 144s so that he has the option
and so as not to upset anyone in case he actually does
want to enjoy a price of $6, $8 or $10 that we've had in the
past few months.
