How did you pick ATXI as the one? Deduction or quasi-insider information? Since you have 'let loose the cat', why not let loose with everything...

Could it be ATXI...............?

I recently went through a painstaking process of trying to figure which NASDAQ company from Minnesota it could be. ATXI actually made my top five list. I dropped it however when I realized that it was not nearly 4 X FAMH. I thought it was TRAK. Plus, a friend of mine in Minnesota thought so too. Now with the info. on # of shares of this phantom company, I am beginning to think that TRAK is unlikely and it maybe ATXI after all. I hadn't thought of some of these arguments about how the transaction of share price would work.

BTW, does anyone understand exactly what ATXI does? It is no wonder they have such a low trading volume with a profile like that! If it is them that we are merging with, at least our clients that we (FAMH) are placing can bring there own toner vacuums, filters, and circuit board transport cases. I guess I also bought shares of TRAK for nothing. Oh well, off to the races!!!

Are you still awake Jin?

Sean,

Is there a chance that LE sent you a private e-mail using his real name asking you for private info on who you thought the merger would be with?

Then did he take the info and post it to this board as LE so he can act like he did us all a favor....

Look at those that responded to your e-mail carefully and then send JIN the names so he can see if LE exposed his real identity.

Just a thought.

Thanks
