Computer City concedes to Rage 3D, DirectXConnection?, Force-Feedback...

Rage 3D arrives in quantity at Computer City (NYSE:TAN) (Q1)...so are T2 and Wizzard Pinball Controllers ($10), (already reported X-Fighter)...Per4mer in trouble as their force-feedback steering wheel arrives in retail channels ($219.99)... forcefeedback.com

Microsoft owns and has spent a considerable amount in the development, branding, establishment, legal protection...infrastructure of DirectX, DirectSound, DirectInput, Direct3D, DirectDraw, and DirectPlay...and then there's Microsoft's legal juggernaut and predatory reputation to simply own everything with the possibility of marketshare let alone a market owned by a competitor with a name arguably infringing on Microsoft's existing trademarks...and without a word from Microsoft?...ThrustMaster somehow owns the DirectConnect trademark and proprietary patent-pending technologies...accordingly, it is only logical to question whether there has been or is there a tacit agreement already in place with Microsoft?...

Well, the poorly rated SCTI Per4mer Force Feedback just sold out at Computer City in 2 days at $219 for a piece of crap wheel. It wasn't even on a weekend with no promotion. It ain't no gimmick, boys

Does anyone know when they are going to ship the Motorsport GT?

The volume sure suggests that they were unsuccessful once again in encouraging mutual funds with the last announcement.
