As you know, I've been a stockholder in AVBC for seven years, have not sold a share, accumlated over half a million shares, & yesterday was the FIRST time I showed a profit- a very nice feeling. I just want to share with you some of experiences in the past seven years, & why I feel this company & it's stock will be a winner. I apologize if my post may be too wordy, I'll try to trim it but alot has happened over the many years. I initially bought 504 offerings of 15,000 shares at two dollars a share with warrants. The stock price was four dollars at the time. I had about eighty thousand shares at the beggining, I did ALOT of DD on my own. The product was actually sold on L A & distributed in Chicago & Rhode Island- never really sold in Chicago & rhode Island. I gathered all my info talking first hand with key people. I talked with a president of a master distributor in California. From him I got names & locations in L A where Aqua Vie was being sold. I talked to an owner of a local Mom & Pop store- he & his customers loved the product. He told me at the time I would be a millionaire. I used to order all the flavors by the case from Rhode Island, I probably was their only customer. The were unfamiliar with the product & didn't know what to do with it, I did my own taste testing when I belonged to Gold's gym. I brought a case to the gym, & gave out free samples. Again, the reaction was very positive, I had conversations with an original JIB member who had over a million shares at the time, He later out to be one of the parties involved in the hostile takeover. I contacted Troyan, the controller who turne out to be another conspirator; had a few conversations with Tom's attorney's & eventually with the trustee in the bankruptsy hearings. I even spoke to the president of Lyons Magnus to pick his brain. As you can see, I talked with key players- there are more but you get the idea. I have a great feel for this company. It has gone through the worst, I give Tom a great deal of respect for being able to keep it all together. I have had many conversations with Tom, but he also went silent on me. I didn't know why, & got pissed off. but now I know he had good reason for silence. One of the takeover participants stayed on Tom like a pit bull. He constantly filed frivilous claims against anything he could to make Tom's job a real challange & his life almost a shambles. I want to correct something in your header letter, Aqua Vie never made it ti NASDAC, they only filed for a listing. It came close, but you know the rest of that sad tale. I realize this post was a little long- I actully have alot more to say but from the LONGEST holder in Aqua Vie history, I really feel this company & its fantastic beverages will be a huge success if left alone to makeit in the marketplace.
