<<IT ONLY TAKES ABOUT 1 MILLION TO MOVE THE EARNINGS PER SHARE
BY 2-3 CENTS...So if they do better then what I have posted..
with an extra 2 million you could be looking at earnings
of about (.16) a share>>>

I posted incorrect information here. I got it backwards...it takes
2-3 million to move it up or down 1 penny

Coy, I was thinking of GD Hubly. I spoke with his sister once after she talked to Steve Race... ( he actually returned her call after the stock crashed in December.)

Speaking of Race, he told me MPRS paid Kalisto 1 million for URP. I took him to mean that was the total transaction. So I don't think they need to cut URP in on OEM. Race told me that OEM gets around "a buck," sometimes less. I was surprised, but I also don't know the numbers we are talking about. If it is 200,000 and URP indeed cost 1 million, then one fifth of the cost is covered and the game gets some good word of mouth if it is worthy of it.

On your numbers, Worms2 is the great imponderable. URP probably hadn't shipped 100K at the time of the press release, otherwise they would have noted it. I think your numbers are good, and I feel they may not beat .20 for the simple reason that they may be trying to get a head start of next quarter and next year. I.E., M-1 reorders will be next quarter, and hopefully strong sales of Worms and URP and Duels (perhaps 200K combined for these three + 100K plus more M-1) would get them close to break even if they can ship at least one premium title in Q1. The company wants to put 98 behind them, and so they can be in the ballpark earnings wise for Q4 knowing they have a good chance at break even in Q1,- that's what I think they will shoot for.
