I don't believe anyone can predict what price the stock will be once the big anouncement is made, but I remain optimistic. I think it will take a series of news releases with hard facts (such as fundamentals, aquisitions etc.) to increase basic support levels in price.

My main concern as yours is with the large float that you mentioned. Maybe the new company will be able to buy back shares over time, or perhaps the company will be successful in dealing with the Reg S matter. This is only conjecture on my part. Does anyone have any thoughts on this issue?

Regards,

Ray Palmer

Jadoo,
What make you think the float is 200MM+? The number of shares authorized: 150M (in recent PR), issued and outstanding: 100M+ (according to Keith).
