DD RE: APCO I will be a trader on signs of strength with volume verification. If the price increases without volume I will watch from the sidelines. If APCO does reach the upper 9s watch carefully. If it is going to bounce it should do it quickly and sharply. RE: RECY If I were trading the stock I would wait for a solid break of 7 on volume before entry. As an investor of RECY I am buying on any dip no matter how small. Good call on RADAF. The above is just a statement of what I am doing.
