Joe, I respectfully disagree. I am not trying to sugar coat anything. We are talking about a "reverse merger" with a share exchange. It is NOT the same as a RS.

Joe, You pride yourself on being a good "day-trader." I can appreciate your efforts to make money for yourself.

However, I think you are doing a disservice to investors here with your inaccuracy that leads to rumor. I think you are very aware of what you are doing and I sense your desire to make a quick buck is getting in the way of being truthful about something I'm sure you actually know.

If, on the other hand, you actually think what you posted, I can only suggest you dig deeper to learn what this merger is all about and then go re-read some definitions.

I will very happy to join you on your thread and share these points of fact with you.

This IS a reverse merger with a share exchange. It has NOTHING to do with a reverse split. If you were trading 100 shares of an 80› stock for 1 share of MSFT (at around $80), what would it be defined as? Think about it. Also think about the ethics of starting false rumors.

Best wishes,
Brad
