Regarding ATXI:

It traded from Jan 97 through early December 1997 in a range close to $2.40 per share. In fact, that figure is close to the rolling average for those same dates. In December when they announced the dreaded reverse split, it dropped to $1.30 then climbed to its current price of $1.625

ATXI could justify a valuation of $2.40 to FAMH (4x) based on the logic that a reverse split is simply an accounting move, and that's the main reason for the recent drop in price. Of course we all know better about reverse splits.

Regardless, ATXI will see $2.40 by lunchtime tomorrow. It only traded 2,000 shares today.
