Hi ahhto, My brother Steve is on a 1 week trip to New England so I will answer your question. If you ask me any question I will never think it a stupid question so if you have other questions don't hesitate to ask. Actually their last earnings report was the 3Q97, (3rd Quarter), which was released on Nov. 11, 1997. Reporting companies, of which LWAY is one, have 45 days to complete their Quarterly reports,(10Q's), but for the annual reports, (10K's)which are audited, companies have 90 days to complete those. So LWAY has until next Tuesday to release the annual figures, another week if they decide to. It has now been 20 days later than last year's release and that might be making some investors nervous thinking that a delay means bad news. However I know of no bad news and really only positive things to come. So I am hoping that the delay is being caused by the company waiting for some event or events that are happening here in late March and they are postponing the release until the event or events happen so they can include the news in the release. This is just speculation on my part, no fact. It might also be that the hold up has something to do with the audit itself. The press release of course won't contain the amount of info we will get on the 10K, but I will be comparing last year's 4th quarter figures with this year's. We already know from the 3Q report that LWAY's growth figures have been lower than their past for the first 3 quarters and we all know that that has been because of the maxed out capacity. So the 4th quarter's figures are what is really important, not the overall yearly figures because the new facility went online in the 4th quarter. If the 4th quarter is again showing accelerated growth in revenues and earnings then we know that LWAY is on its way toward growth again. Last year's numbers are the following to compare against: 4th Quarter 1996: Revenues: $1,309,669 Net income: $99,206 EPS: $0.026 From now on I will be doing my EPS calculations carried out to the tenths of cents for more accuracy. When a company posts single digit EPS, the actual growth figures can be off by a large amount if just whole numbers are used. When I do my calculations on LWAY's figures I try to be as accurate as I can. Hope this answers you question. Mark
