Since this stock seems to be under heavy accumulation, is it possible that someone out there is eyeing it as a takeover target? As far as I am aware, only 1 person outside of the insiders owns 5% or more and that is Dreyfus. Can Dreyfus continue to accumulate without additional filings with the SEC? Can Dreyfus accumulate on behalf of one of its clients?

The "monster buyer" that has been mentioned cannot buy more than 1.1 million shares without filing with the SEC (5% rule). So far no filing. Any thoughts on takeover possibilities? How was Wonderware acquired? Did it's stock move like Tava's is moving before its takoever?

As for after hours quotes, they are very inaccurate, very illiquid and highly manipulated. It could just be one trader trying to manipulate the price to scare some people into selling. Look at how many on this thread are concerned/scared by it. The way to play this stock is to buy it and hold it. So far, anyone who has purchased this stock at any price has made money.
