DELL's policy is to build it (if needed), not buy it. PERIOD. Why inherit someone else's problems. Start from the ground up. Keep in mind that their model is much, much less infrastructure-intensive than the other guys. What appears to be a bundle of goods and services coming from DELL alone, is really a conglomerate of DELL and its partner companies. I.E. on-site service is actually contracted; not performed by DELL. DELL might find a service provider to partner with them. It may appear as if DELL offers the service, but in reality it is the partner.

Don't lick your chops about DELL's cash horde. That $$$$ will go towards manufacturing expansion (probably in enterprise business), R&D, and stock buy-back (in progress). DELL WILL NOT BUY! IT WILL BUILD!

>>what do you think rumor of dell buying a service provider to expand their service, such as wang.dell is sitting on a lot of cash.<<
