Yes, but the point is, when there are more sellers than buyers, the price drops from say $15 to $3. It's called supply and demand. A buyer can also be someone who short the stock at a much higher price and is covering at a much lower price.

I can buy Solv-Ex and GIFS stock now, that doesn't mean the stocks weren't scams and I would be tossing away money.

What do you base this on? The fact that the stock is approaching zero?
