Very good question. It must be because of those one-sided
non-disclosure agreements. I say "one-sided" because it seems
Cymer has been getting hurt far more than its clients in what's
allowed to be released.

Maybe the "A-Team" should reevaluate those agreements if it
hasn't already been doing so.

This is old old news.

If you go back to CYMER's conference call two quarter's ago - the CEO says that INTC was evaluating machines and that at that time as far as they knew a machine utilizing a CYMER laser was the only product being tested.

It was then possible to match this statement up with a press release via Japan from INTEL describing a test fab in Santa Clara utilizing equipment that in all likelihood must include CYMER components.

The question may be, where have you been?

Give it a Rest...IMO, We don't need PR at this point..Save the Expense, Save your Breath, and be Happy for the Non-Disclosure Agreements.....as they will benefit us all....In Due Time....
