Networking Software Lowers Cost of Remote PC Connectivity

CUPERTINO, Calif., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- NetManage, Inc.
(Nasdaq: NETM), today announced it was selected by Intel Corporation
(Nasdaq: INTC) as the supplier of a key piece of networking software that gives businesses access to "Always On/Dynamic ISDN" (AO/DI) from standard personal computers in homes or other remote locations.
AO/DI -- advanced by The Vendors' ISDN Association Inc. as a means to reduce congestion on networks operated by Internet service providers and local telephone companies -- lets users establish a constant Internet connection without incurring extra dial-up costs.
