Jim,
They manipulated the stock, and at least one guy was in on the hostile takeover.

In your opinion, based on your past dealings and knowledge of prior events, what was the reason for the hostile takeover attempt. It had to be something of value of course, but, were they looking for a quick turnover such as selling off the patents, or, did they really think the company was going to put out a very marketable product, in which case, why manipulate the stock and then try to take it over?

His lawyer, another takeover low life, is the individual responsible for dogging Tom all these years. He even contested the bankruptcy.

Why would he continue to hound Tom? Something of value still worth hunting for?

I have to admit that although I feel for Tom, the fact that people wanted the company so bad that they risked their positions/reputations/etc., to over take it, is what convinced me to buy into AVBC. {Credit where due...Gary brought it to my attention<BG>} Obviously I'm grateful Tom retained possession and not the other way around... ;)
