Russell,

Here is my take,

I've decided that BANY is a viable growing company....and that there is a large short position in the stock.

Grass roots larger block shareholders have been accumulating and certificating their shares. They are taking shares away from the float as they watch for positive company developments.

They are setting the table for other individuals who, having greater resources, experience, and serious intent, may see the value in buying large numbers of BANY shares from whoever might sell to them. Once they have done this, they also, will call for their certificates......in large blocks.

Call them short busters, white knights...whatever. I think that if and when it happens, (they accumulate) they will "take out" anyone who wishes to sell. They will profit later, at the expense of those who may be in a short position and must cover.

I thought it was happening last Monday when BANY traded 1.7 million shares. Not so.....now I think last Monday was a preview of what may come.

Russell,

I saw a couple of your posts on other threads. Well said.

I think there are individuals who are checking BANY out for several reasons. The momentum players need to see certain things. And I believe these things may be happening.

Forming a base at this level......is one. The lack of selling is another. Momentum players want to believe that existing holders will let the stock run. I think we may be seeing that also.

I think the stock will take care of it's self. Shorting the stock at this time...I would think would be a very foolish idea....it may be attempted in order to scare the new investors.....but I still think it would be foolish. Very dangerous. Last Monday showed it. I believe someone went 75,000 short Monday morning...and paid through the nose 45 minutes later. He he he.

ps. Got your E-Mail...excellent idea. Timing is everything.
