WITH DSSI THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO PUT A VALUE ON THEIR CONVERGE. MY EXPERIENCE with holding companies in technology is their is usually huge inefficiencies in the value of the private companies. i think converge will be doing a private plavement in the short run. the key what is the value of converge? personally i see a private placement or initial financing valuating the company at 50-80 million with dssi retaining 75% of the company. i think if that happens dssi will go to 10 -15-real quick. also, with tower we are at the bottom of ther cycle so we have upside in that.

Omer, Thanks for all your insights into DSSI and Tower. I have everybody in my office reading your articles in the Globe Arena now too.

Do you know when DSSI reports? My company sells to Eltek, the PCB company. Do you have an opinion about them?

Thanks again,
