Joe it may be simply an issue of semantics but a reverse merger is
definitely NOT the same as a reverse split. In one case you have less
shares of the same company. In this case you have less shares of a
completely new company... and a new company on the NASDAQ instead of
the old company on the BB.

Not true, Joe. The company for whom I work merged last year, and the company that we brought on board received 0.xx shares of stock for each 1 of ours. Same deal with FAMH - the shareholders will receive 0.25 shares of the new company. Accretive earnings, all that good stuff. It was NOT A REVERSE SPLIT.

Also - Before you critique others (Cheryl) on their spelling (as in spell it out), you should run spellcheck on your messages ... I believe "anythine" is not the correct spelling of "anything".
