Richard
I dont even think people like CL and Jay Taylor would feel that Le Furlong had done a good job of leading IPM. I think there was more uncertainty in Le's continued leadership, than in making the change. JMHO

Well Richard, I won't be selling off my massive IPM holdings <vbg>. As if I had them to begin with. Le may have very well been a good man but it became apparent that he was not able to lead the company to production. I am quite sure that some very substantial share holders in the company played a role in this and I for one would not view this move as negative in any way, shape or form. Quite frankly we have a new leader. One that will probably be looking to prove himself as quickly as possible.
