I do not give a slightest damn, Pinky, what you are pleased or not pleased with. And you are not a "protector of individual investor" but a despicable liar and swindler. All your posts are a sheer nonsense, and as for the lawsuit of Mr. Stonkus, the cross-complaint against him was unverified, which means it was "in general terms" - totally empty-worded and unsubstantiated by any evidence WHATSOEVER. It was asserted under principle "the best defence is offence." Nor a shred of any evidence was provided in following proceedings, and the case was eventualy settled. As for the " firing for fraud", I can tell only this. In l971-1973(upon arrival to this country), I worked as an assistant of a researcher in a medical research institute. It was a very crooked business, and evenually I started to press for changes -- and was fired with a myriad of accusations asserted "for protection of our interests." But in a few years, the institute was closed for fraud. Had I sued them, absolutely certainly they would file an unverified cross-complaint against me (as a best defense), asserting any sort of nonsense, including fraud. A. Geiche P.S. A.
