HG, it may be that we are gapping up. My realtime is show .60 by .61.
Also, maybe it wouldn't be bad, especially if the two start trading at the same 4 to 1 multiple of each other. Tradings already begun on ATXI, it definitely gapped up, up 1/4.
Scratch that. It looks like by the end of today they may be trading at a multiple of each other.

addendum. If ATXI is the target, then we are trading at a multiple of nearly 4 already. LE, you may have done more good than harm.
