perhaps the bull was wrong on this yr's sells..
but lets say it Was the case... I guess I'd say

Seth, do you know if he would file electronically, or can you file using paper forms? I believe someone on the BNGO thread said if the form is filed in paper form, it would not show up on the SEC filing immediately.

Can anyone share more on that subject? Allen?

Raging Bull has a point.
This is an exceedingly sensitive time for FTEL.
Frank Peters et al selling (or intent to sell) FTEL at this point can hardly be seen as a vote of confidence in FTEL! I think Raging Bull has a very good point. FTEL is trying to get onto the NASDAQ but its Company Officers have so little confidence in FTEL that they're selling?!

OK, I know Frank etc are devoted to the cause and deserve some reward for their efforts etc over the past several years when they deferred Salary -- however, where's the bloody PR?!

Why hasn't some come forward and explained what and why Frank is doing?! Maybe a short statment explaining that they need the money to
buy a new house or send the grandkids to college or whatever.

We all know FTEL's Officers aren't so daft as to look like they're jumping ship like Meyerson, but I just can't believe the incompetence of FTELs PR effort!

Seth & all: Let me set the record straight for those who still don't understand the "Tempest" software.

Lets say you have a company, be it 200 employees or 2000+. Lets also say that the entire network, infra-structure, or what ever you want to call it (whole-enchalada) is run on WinNT.

Franklin as you know runs on Linux software which has a product link built-in called "L-Mark". L-Mark is the "linkage" between WinNT & Linux.

So, the company with x-amout of employees that runs on WinNT can setup the "Tempest" therefore keeping all their WinNT applications. Tempest runs on Linux, X-company runs on WinNT, L-Mark is the "linkage".

What you get is a "superior product" " a "less expensive product", $ 49.95, that runs with/alongside WinNT.

It has been tested over and over and makes a smooth transition between the two.

I mean really....... did anyone think Franklin was peering with WCOM with half-ass hardware/software?

Seems kind of ingenious don't you think?.........homey Temp'
