Can anyone explain to me why the volume goes up every day before an announcement? Doesn't this signify insider trading? Is this common? If someone can please assuage my concerns, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Ireland

I e-mailed John McGee asking him to address minimal capital concerns. Here's his response:

Thank you for your interest. The company has relied on private placements to fund ongoing operations. These placements have been outlined in our Form 10 registration statement. The company is tracking to cover costs with ongoing revenue i.e. press release of March 24. Our Goupware division is tracking to produce continuous revenue and Year 2000 should engage in the next short while. The announcement of our Century Scan product has yielded a good amount of interest since our announcement of the tool. TPI is a development stage company and the risk factors are clearly oulined in the Form 10. The management of the company are focused on producing revenue and contolling costs targeted to a healthy cash flow position.
Best regards
