Enjoy it while it lasts. Trading buy has made Cowen clients 10-15% in 5 days. Thats it, now watch it slither down as usual. Heavy selling taking place and the money again as usual is going into Mr Bloated (Cisco).

Re: Cisco vs. ASND
Was the wager "trading higher" or was it on "better return"?
I can't remember the original "Bet".

Not exactly...let's make sure that we get this real straight; I hate bets that get weird. Here is what I said in the original post:

"ASND will be higher than CSCO within 12 months."

Gary, since I'm the one that made the original offer, you gotta let me make the rules that we agree to. My thought originally was that ASND will close higher than CSCO within 12 months. Tell me if you will agree to this: one year from today is the end of the bet; splits OK, (calculated on a pre-split basis); acquisition involving either company ends the bet on the day prior to the announcement; daily closing prices are the determining factor.

<< GREAT! Anyone else care to get in on this action? I'll take all comers on this one.>>

I'll put up $10 and take Pete's side according to his ground rules. However, since I feel an acquisition is a real possibility in the fall, and that would cut our time frame in half, I would like 2/1 odds. ($20 to $10) Yes?
