MXMX General Update Peter Norton - PC GURU - Radio campaign supposed to start 3/15, delayed to 4/1 (lasts till August). 200 major radio networks on business and money shows. - Keeping shipments at a minimum channel capacity levels and shipping orders as the product sells through...not stuffing the channels like SYCR did and then having tons of unsold product returned. - Cyber Smart Trade shows are used to mainly demo the PN product and inform the salespeople what the product does. - ROI/Willow Run used to market product in Canada or Europe. Person I talked to had no update on the current status of ROI and Willow Run. - PN is selling in Krogers...no other info avail other than it is selling. Big Brother: - Project on schedule. Plan is to have finished product in time for E3 trade show and debut the product at the show. E3 show from May 27-30. On the Road with BB King - MCA origionally had rights to market it through BlockBuster and music stores. It didn't sell very well there so they have allowed MXMX to market the product in normal software channels. MXMX will begin marketing the product and should now receive revenue from this product similiar to PN instead of a few pennies/copy in royalities like they had been receiving. So MXMX should receive on the order of $10/copy now...much better financial arrangement for MXMX. - BB King should be on store shelves Q2. Financial info - This quarters financials are due May 15 (45 days after end of quarter). They will probally wait the full 45 days to release financials. Year end '97 results/loss numbers coming... - 1 new product should be announced soon. Tarketed for a late Q3, early Q4 release. Maybe another new product and a second PN disk Q1 next year. - There will additional financing in the future for marketing PN/Big Brother/BB and financing new products. According to my last conversation (not today) it wouldn't involve share dilution...otherwise it would be friendly for shareholders. General -- No bad news on company. Share price drop due to someone selling (50k) at a loss. -- News has been dry lately...could see up to two releases a week 'during the next two weeks. Sounded likely we would at least see a couple of additional releases shortly. -- Rainer position hasn't changed. No info on any new capacity (as rumoured). -- SS has no information of any disgruntled ex MXMX employees. They did menction that the post by a supposely D Gruntle had been pulled. -- SS thinks that the CSK expectations are realistic and that MXMX is on target to achieve them. Ok Hope this general update helps. I felt it was time for a general update (not just on PN), especially with the price dips and D. Gruntle hoax thing. Tim
