PATIENCE PATIENCE PATIENCE PATIENCE PATIENCE !!!!!!! There is no free or quick lunch in trading Nasdaq tech stocks. What you thought you gained on quick trades somewhere, you lose elsewhere. Look back at stocks for 2-3 years and gain better perspective. Yes, MM's do know most of what we don't, live with this and survive.

As you know or don't know i'm a technical analyst by training.I do the market all day,glued to my screen.I like to think i've seen a lot go by.I can see where a stock is technically,look at fundamentals,listen to rumors and commentary from informed sources. But there is one thing i can tell you.99% of all people i respect said that the bull was over for this year at least in Oct-Jan. WRONG! (only Joe Batapaglia has been an unrepentant bull) Most people reasoned Quantum would tank.I thought Qantum would tank.Technically it looked soft yesterday.I sold before the close yesterday incurring a substantial loss that i would have avoided had i held until today.Why did this stock defy the seemingly natural down move.I DON'T HAVE A CLUE! Possible reasons 1)Raging bull market 2)QNTM has already had bad news priced into it from Oct-March.3)Buyout-who know? The usualpattern of stocks that miss is they open way down rally up a bit level off throughout the day and tank at the close.This baby hit 22.00,before closing above it's open.With a "white candle "like this it should close higher tomorrow.But this market is behaving illogically so i'm not in or out.I'll watch!
