Ok, David, Arnie (or any of our CPA's in residence), what does this mean in English? Specifically, NXTL had to come up with the cash to pay off these 11-12+% bonds from somewhere. Did they get it from the additional, ostensibly lower interest rate, bond issues? If so, by how much did they lower the interest rate? Doesn't sound like they converted these bonds to stock, but paid cash. Is my read correct?

Ever sinse I herd Kraig MkKaw had a spiritual experiense swimming with dolfins or whales, I've bekum a bit more skeptikal.
