I contacted the design co. and asked them about any RF or display problems with the hand held unit. They hadn't heard of any such problems, but that's not to say there wasn't any. The display is an LCD unit, and, characteristically, their clarity is dependent on a lot of variables, including ambient light, "clouded competitor vision" (teehee), backlighting, battery power, who knows?
The RF problem is a whole new kettle of fish, but the design co. was not asked to fix it. This could mean a few things:

1. The problem was unique (maybe a military jet, hired by a competitor), was "jamming" the signal!
2. The company went elsewhere to get it fixed.
3. There never was a problem, or it was related to some other problem (low battery or something).

If there was a problem, the design co. would certainly be somewhat responsible, and be asked to fix it, or at the very least, be informed about it. They were not.

I'm just using my temp. membership to voice my opinions and research on this company (AGTI). I am a shareholder doing some digging on this for my own personal reasons!
