Dear Vince: You wont know until the Proxy statement comes out unless the Company were to try to institute one earlier. As to making a shareholder proposal, there are certain procedures and timing required to try and get a shareholder proposal on the proxy. The "poison pill" can be sometimes not in the best interest of shareholders if it were to be used by unscrupulous management to keep their seats of power etc. however, I dont think thats the case here. However, if management doesnt want to institute such a plan I would suggest forgetting about it as would be difficult to get one in under an unsponsored shareholder proposal. In fact, I have never heard of that happening. JDN
