My take on this was that the company was not aware of the trading information which was posted yesterday. Was I wrong? JLA

Tom, I don't believe the two are connected. The NASDAQ review was part of an initiative launched by NASDAQ earlier this year. There was no way to know what their timing would be (I believe). Several of the Naxos press releases pre date the NASDAQ announcement so I believe the quicker pace of announcements was already well underway before anyone was aware of the announcement.

As JLA mentioned, I don't think that Naxos is even officailly aware of the 4/1 electronic trading date. I know that Larry called Nasdaq and they confirmed that start date to him, but I don't think we should assume that it is a done deal. It just seems strange to me that Naxos would not have been officially notified if this was going to happen.
I hope that my fears are unfounded, but lets just wait and see.
