IVAN - FWIW, I got tired of waiting for a dip and added more yesterday at 11 3/4. So far, that was a dip. <gg>

Ivan,

<Or do we wait for a dip a la C.K.?>

That's TokyoMex you're thinking about. Not me. I gave up waiting for dips a long time ago. Have averaged up. Am not doing any trading. Only holding. My only strategy has been to buy mid-day ... NEVER when the market opens.

Same as David - bought more yesterday at 11-3/4.

Ivani--Ive been buying all the way from 5.5 to 11.75--each time I make a purchase, I kick myself for getting in too high. For instance, I bought at the open, a few days ago at 11.58 and thought what a foolish thing I'd done. Then, off goes the price. Cheryl talks about how hard it is to time this stock. We're dealing with "Monster Buyer", the KO contract, possible news from the GM front---and no competition to speak of. Most of us believe that the 20s will be reached sometime this summer. On the other hand, Tim Flick and Karl Drobnic are warning of a possible pullback in the early spring prior to the big runup. I'm comfortable with adding at anything below 13, because I think "Monster Buyer" is looking for at least a double--IMHO. Jan

I have bought TAVA at-the-market several times. I have never paid more than the ask and twice received a price 1/4 and 3/16 below the ask. If I want a stock that I think will appreciate soon in price, I don't use a limit order. I just buy it ASAP. I've missed by a 1/4 or a 1/2 too many times only to watch the stock take off forcing me to pay up to catch up or get sick to my stomach watching the thing soar with me on the sidelines. Several months from now an extra buck one way or the other may not make much of a difference.

All IMHO, of course.

Ivan,

The game has changed. Our old TPRO has distinct trading patterns; and, many profited handsomely using them. Our new TAVA has discarded the old and brought in a new set that has caught many old timers wishing they hadn't sold parts of their position.

Perhaps you might want to consider buying half at mid-day; then, buying the other half, if and its a big if, there is a pullback.

Luckily, I doubled up my original $3.75 purchase many months ago when we dropped back to the 4's. I refuse to sell unless something fundamentally changes, and I'm not smart enough to time the market or the "new" TAVA.

Good luck,

Stu
