To all: My thoughts on the Furlong resignation...

I am more than a little sad, but as a weary shareholder I am also happy. I believe this was necessary. I believe the large institutional investors demanded a change. I also think this will help prevent a large exodus from the big fish.

I can understand why some loyalists would be upset, but this would be mainly an emotional response, and I would expect them to see this as a good thing (financially) in the long run, which of course is why we invested in this company in the first place. IPM is not about one person!

Sending Le on his way also probably doesn't hurt as far as the NASDAQ delisting issue goes...

In sum, this is fundamental, and huge. The company is not throwing in the towel. Prepare for some significant changes, whether good or bad remains to be seen...but things can't get much worse, can they?

Regards, Otter
