I agree it doesn't look good that Frank and Tom have intended to sell shares. But how many of us thought that the price of FTEL would be significantly higher at this time than what it is.

IMO, Frank also thought the stock price would be higher at this time so he filed a 144 with the intent to sell some shares. Nothing wrong with that. I am sure that he will continue to file a 144 until the stock does go up in price and then at that point he will sell and file a form 4.

Just to let you know, I am intending on selling some shares when the price of the stock goes up also.
