Herb its true, but AAPL may have set new terms for MSFT

Gavin's Phoenix Rising Website has the consent decree details but AAPL's last deal (JAVA) with MSFT may have established new terms .

My read is the "MSFT Barbarians are stopped at the Gate" with MSFT providing full tech assistance (APIs etc) for its product but AAPL enhances , sells , installs and maintains it.

IBM has the same deal with Windows NT.

Happy AAPL cider hunting,
Jim K.
