What they did: announced reduced revenues for Q3 and Q4 relative to Q2 - without any specific guidance on earnings.

What they should have done: guided Q3 and Q4 estimates to levels at +~35% rather than +~40% relative to year earlier (or whatever the actual numbers are) and left the rest for everyone to figure out: that is, left the analysts to trim Q3, Q4 and FY total earnings....it would have softened the impact on the stock price.....

These folks don't quite have the spin game worked out....It's all a matter of how you present it and they did a terrible job of it.

PS - I bought a little more around 33 and got out of all of it at 34 and change (so I am not invested in it right now)...made up for some of the losses, but still took a big hit. Still like JBIL long term, but think it will be dead money for a while...I think we could easily see the price at or below 30 in the next couple weeks to months....
