PE is the chairman of the board of TEIM. Tell you what, I will give a reward to any person proving that TEIM owns more than 10% of NAMX. My belief is that NAMX has diluted our stock so much that TEIM owns less than 10%. Any takers? Look, calling in the certs is a great idea providing that the company is not doing major dilution.
