ANGELA:
The merge has to be approved by both companies boards and shareholders. This takes some time, but, in my opinion, should not be much of a concern. The impact on AVRI is immense. First, AVRI can now move up to NASDAQ! This status is very important for all concerned because the 1990 Penny Stock Law precludes about 90% of the brokers from participating in the stock of OTCBB companies. NASDAQ listing gives AVRI the exposure to Wall Street that it needs. Also, MEMO does bring solid revenues to the table. Second, AVRI plans on using the MEMO platform to spring their handheld distribution world wide, and futhur their real gem, the transcription software. Picture this: a doctor sees his patients and all the while he has his AVRI supplied handheld. After he sees his patients, he then plugs his handheld into his computer and presto! all the material is instantly transcribed onto his computer. Talk to your own personal doctor, and ask him/her what they spend each month on transcription costs and if they would consider looking at this product. I did, and my doctor told me that he is looking right now for such a product and did not know one already existed. He thought that he was going to have to hire programmers and develope one on his own!! I am very excited about AVRI's future.
