Dusty.....WAKE up little sleeper.

News is out today...and here's what's important for all newbies...It's a lifetime contract that is now going out with each of these pipeline projects. Customers for life...we can't even imagine a concept like that (and hence I imagine it will take the street a long time to catch on) - but just imagine if ATT had their customers for life when they sold their long distance to them...that's what it's equivalent too. What type of PE would ATT fetch (probably 50-75 if that were the case)

Just important for us investors (and not traders) to see that things are done oh so differently in China. It is tantamount to having the governments (notice all the significants were at the opening) grant permission for a monopoly because LGOV is the only one authorized from US to come in and be doing what they are doing. I'm whistling Dixie here in Georgia cause LGOV has some mighty fine lollipops they are selling.

Consider Dan's words: Largo Vista Group President Daniel Mendez stated, ''The economic and social significance of this project should not be underestimated. It establishes a new living standard in the region and makes Xinmao the exclusive LPG supplier for Yiliang County. Customers contract with Xinmao for the life of the pipeline, estimated at 40 years. The average construction cost per household is only $240 USD, which includes labor, pipeline, and meter installation. The typical household is then billed for 5 cubic meters of LPG per month at $6 dollars USD over the ensuing 40 years, subject to price increases as indicated. Xinmao's Management is doing a tremendous job establishing the company's retail LPG distribution throughout the province and is taking steps to reduce even further its already low construction costs. We are also pleased to note that Xinmao's leadership in environmental preservation is strongly supported by both local and central governments.''

NOW that all said... so many will probably not take note but there will come a day of reckoning for this little CROWN JEWEL.

Very LOOOOONG on Largo.
