A, The large block trade this morning is confirmed in a press release that has been issued this afternoon. It had to do with a forced cover on a long position. Some of us believe that the stock was being punished primarily or at least partly for this reason and that the current price had little to do with fundamentals. For a long-term buyer of shares (unwilling to sell into a loss), all it did was allow me to average down my basis per share and increase my future potential for gain.
