paul, no small cap stock will list their customers. The request is off the wall. I also have no problem with an international finance business having money offshore.
If you fear Mr Aharoni will abscond with the funds, keep in mind his wealth is primarily 35% of ACRT stock. It's value, even at todays prices, far outweigh their working capital they keep in offshore banks.

Perhaps you can answer why an investment management company such as 3rd Point keeps it's funds offshore? Perhaps you can explain the SEC investigation into Key West Securities, and why their manager lost trading priviledges for a year? Why does Key West keep their funds offshore?
The only one of these 3 companies with any legitimate reason to have money offshore is ACRT. It's their business.

Davef-- You say Zacks covers ACRT; imply that this pretty simple to figure out. Well, my search at Zacks came back with the information that Zacks DOES NOT COVER THIS STOCK. Which Zack's are you referring to? This wouldn't be Zack Puryear, brother of noted Wall Street buffoon, Milton Puryear, would it? Incidentally, I/B/E/S search came back with the same negative result. Paul
