Looking at tech signals (mine)... Next floor for this is/could be CDN$4.00 based on current analysis(taking into account confirmation of negative data/rebuttals and perception of 4th ruling outcomes and repeating time frames) Support will likely take out bids under 4. until the ruling unless it arrives negative within the next 30days. Most coverage should be initiated at or before CDN$4.25 to avoid a classic...imho Most likely scenario, pending a possible but unlikely congressional/judiciary procedural investigation is a ruling, drop to new floor, then ratchet up incrementally if positive and properly supported. IMO, many opportunities to trade both now and after the company announcements, mostly on the long side. I can't see this being more than a bad habit on the short side below CDN$4.25...insider information notwithstanding. As mentioned elswhere, I think now is a good time to buy/go long with the downside risks being less precarious at this level. Best regards and luck to all ...good and evil...
