Integration woes... With all the examples being cited of integration problems causing investor problems I thought I'd point out a company that's been on a buying binge for years and dreadfully behind in integration. HBOC (Healthcare IS vendor) has been steadily growing through aggressive acquisition for years and is equally far behind in integration of apps.

The company is still one of my best and most consistent performers. Of course there are a lot of things that they are doing right, but the painfully slow integration of their assimilated companies and applications has not hurt them. FWIW

I also understand that Sales and Service apps are more closely related than clinical scheduling and purchasing apps in a hospital setting, but none the less... Integration challenges needn't cripple the performance of the stock. I do not think that SEBL will be hurt by this, as long as they can convince prospects/customers that the true aim is customer satisfaction and then walk that walk.

Meanwhile, I's hate to be the project manager that is just finishing implementing SCOP after sticking their neck out to convince their managers to go that way rather than SEBL when the sheck was written.
