Re: Short sales

Received an account packet from Datek in the mail. In the FAQ section, there is this:

Q: Am I charged or do I gain interest on short sells?

A: You will be charged interest on short sells.

So there it is, in black and white. This is not acceptable to me so I won't be switching to Datek.

This is still not mentioned in the disclosure statement, by the way.
