3M current shares plus $1M vs $27M [1M shares * and $17M] seems decidedly comedownish to me ;)

Raye, in proportion to the company capitalization at the time of the old deal and current deal, the dollars reported for BRX are similar. The emphasis however does suggest confidence for the Phoenix investment in BRX.
