Of all the law action suits brought against IFMX, this one perhaps deserves the most and the only one I can truly thinkas a valid law suit that Mr. Bob F. should take some serious action to resolve (as oppose to all other law action sutis that have been brought by a bunch of blood sucking lawyers). Former Illustra employees who exchanged their own common shares with IFMX back in 1996 were truly hurt and that is indeed sad. See biz.yahoo.com Regards, Addi Jamshidi

Mark, I thought I mentioned US Dollars in my note. Sorry if that wasn't clear. Also, IFMX moved to single pricing for DSA a couple of years ago. There is no difference between runtime/development license prices on DSA. The $1500 has also been widely published especially when IFMX changed the pricing structure for IUS. It is $1500/concurrent user for DSA whether it is runtime or development. Options for IUS or XPS are added on top of this. I am also well aware of discounting. I thought I mentioned the number I gave was the "Topend" price. Sorry if people don't like to hear facts. If you interpret them as bad or negative, that's up to you. Sorry my note wasn't clear
