...Allegations of Fraud

One investment firm claims that in the summer of 1994, however, Imagex officials and others associated with the company painted an inaccurately optimistic picture of its financial strength.

A suit brought in federal court by Brinker Capital Holdings Inc. of Radnor, Pa., accuses Imagex officials, as well as investment adviser Pioneer Capital Corp. and its representatives, with employing schemes to defraud the investor, making untrue statements or omitting important information, and engaging in deceitful practices.

Alright, Already!

Even I'm getting tired of all this negativity and I'm a very patient fellow. I came to your defense, but now you are beginning to bore me. I think the answers to your questions should be handled off-line. I understand that anybody from the company could "pose" as an investor, but people are easier to read over the phone than here, where all judgements must rely on the written word alone. Get the answers from Tom, Val or Gale verbally. I certainly don't want to see them published here for all the world to see.

Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith!
