A suit brought in federal court by Brinker Capital Holdings Inc. of Radnor, Pa., accuses Imagex officials, as well as investment adviser Pioneer Capital Corp. and its representatives, with employing schemes to defraud the investor, making untrue statements or omitting important information, and engaging in deceitful practices. Representing Brinker are attorneys Janet DeCosta of Washington, D.C., and Kevin Laurilliard of the Albany law firm McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams P.C. Brinker purchased 300,000 shares of Imagex stock for about $950,000 between July 25 and Aug. 5, 1994. The suit charges that officials of Imagex and Pioneer did not disclose to Brinker important information about the negative cash flow and lack of profitability at the medical imaging company... Alright, Already! Even I'm getting tired of all this negativity and I'm a very patient fellow. I came to your defense, but now you are beginning to bore me. I think the answers to your questions should be handled off-line. I understand that anybody from the company could "pose" as an investor, but people are easier to read over the phone than here, where all judgements must rely on the written word alone. Get the answers from Tom, Val or Gale verbally. I certainly don't want to see them published here for all the world to see. Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith!
