Join Who..Key West..come on Paul give us a break....where are all those companies you said post their top on going customers...if you're an investor, just go to your files on previous investments and name them...surely if you need to know ACRT's customers and that is part of your DD, you have them on all you investments...a list of 5 companies should be easy....

paul, you should really stick with your construction business. I am an independent investor, period. If you are looking for manipulation and crooks, etc, look to your partners in crap: pink, Dan Loeb, Third point Mgmt, Key West Securities, Tony Elgind. pink works for Dan Loeb, probably at Third Point Mgmnt. 3rd Point has a 200k short position in ACRT. 3rd Point and Key West have joint offshore holdings. Key West is run by Tony Elgind, convicted swindler, and, as of today, again under investigation by the SEC. Key West, by the way, isn't home today... Key West holds a substantial short position in ACRT. Yeah, they're the ones who claimed to initiate coverage yesterday, and recommended to sell. You want crooks, manipulators and swindlers, they are all right there for you. The "Short" team.

Sorry Paul, there's a hollow ring to your post. It's disingenuous at best. Let's assume for a moment your cause is just and your only concern is the little guy. Why have you not been as vocal in your condemnation of Mr. Pink and this smarmy pack as they attack and try to intimidate? Why do you join in the assaults? Why in fact do you take pleasure in them? Surely you see a concerted and organized effort to discredit Davef and ACRT. No, this is not a group of knights trying to save the naive. These are individuals who try to hide their profound inadequacies by inflicting pain to further their own agenda. Do you really doubt an effort to destroy ACRT at almost any cost? I've always held a special place for thugs whose glee is derived from the anguish of others. It is sport to them. Their cowardice is immeasurable. Does Davef attack others? Yes he does, in response to assaults. Is he at times prone to exaggeration and hyperbole? Probably, but he does it out of fatigue and the feeling of being cornered. These antagonists come in shifts. They are true looters of the spirit. They would steal the light and laugh at those who lament its passing. Dark souls indeed. Are you one of them? I'm not sure, but your credibility is all but gone. Do I have questions about ACRT? Possibly. Too bad the free flow of information has been stifled. Not by Davef, but by those you have so comfortably aligned yourself with. Nothing can be discussed here. It would only become grist for the rumor mill. Pity, isn't it? By the way, did you like the thread Mr. Carlson designated for Davef? Did you enjoy the graphic that was depicted there....before it was removed? Tell us Paul, of your fairness and humanity. Stan
