All -

Honestly... What happened to the March 1st financial promise?

Don't get me wrong, I AM bullish on this stock, hell I even bought more at .66, but for just how long can Ira and co dangle that carrot in front of our noses!?

I understand the implications of the current stock price with regards to a merger with another company. What I don't understand is how FAMH could make PROMISES of financials and then not follow through! What, did they not know about the merger when that release was sent out? If that is true then it seems pretty ad hoc to me!

Please FAMH - S--t or get off the pot!

Johnny Venting

Do homework!! See ATXI news release of 12/11/97. Effective 12/16/97!! ITS ALREADY TAKEN PLACE. yahoo quotes float at 1.4 million. Are they wrong, and you are right? Doubt it! Read their press releases and you will see that there NEW numbers of share is AMAZINGLY close to the # of shares figured in FAMH release of 3/23/98 . IS THIS JUST A FLUKE how close the numbers are to each other!!!! READ ATXI's news releases YOU will SEE the FACTS for YOURSELF.

Scatter shooting while wondering what happened to Dan Dorfman?
His commenteries were always good foe a quick 15-20 %.

May be we should rename this thread to ( LE SAYS )
I have wasted the last hour reading posts concerning some half-brain thought he planted on this thread and got most of you in a tizzy !
IGNORE THE xxx .

We are providing LE with fuel to run his mouth , his motive and his little thing (engine!)

I may give LE some credit IF AND ONLY IF he is right about ATXI.

The outstanding shares for ATXI is 1,413,913, not 11,307,437. The new company will be based on the pro-forma EPS of .36 per share in 1997. Going forward the company will be based on hopefully greatly improved earnings. A PE of 20 is very reasonable. If based on a 20 PE, the value of the merged stock would be $7.20 or $1.80 with currently owned shares. It makes absolutely no difference who the company is in my opinion. The stock price will be driven by EPS. For example, if the EPS in 1998 were 1.00 per share than the value at a 20 PE would be $20
once these earnings were achived. $20/4 = $5 per share of currently owned shares.
